They don't allocate early payments & still deduct

WISHED I read the reviews 1st

Paid my loan back 2 weeks earlier on the 4th of March.

Logged so many tickets,whatsapp,emails in an attempt to allocate my payment. To no avail ,just got debited today on 20 March 2025.

This is not unacceptable.
