Terrible work ethic

I had taken out a loan with this company and paid this company in full before the debit order date, I have informed this company of the payment on numerous occasions, however they have not updated payment details and they are making debit order requests on my account. This company doesn't even answer calls nor respond to emails on time. Their work ethic is pathetic. I would never use this company again
