this company is UTTERLY ridiculous.

you pay your loan up to date and they still have the audacity to debit your account again. Perhaps reporting them to the relevant people would help but they are blatantly ******ing money from you with continuous debit orders despite proof of paying them up.

no one answers at the call centre or answers emails.

this company should be SHUT DOWN!!
