**** service, ***** IT, No response

You have been trying to do Debicheck mandate for 3 days sending me SMS messages when my loan was approved. I have received no response from your team and FNB says that you are not sending them anything. Someone said you checking with IT however this is still not resolved. Still nobody has been in touch with my pending application to release the funds I was approved for. This is poor service indeed.
