My husband and I took out a loan in June and we received it on the 11th of June 2021. We received the loan from fasta which we were really happy about. We paid back the loan in full the next month which was taken by debit order.

Now the problem is fasta debited my husband’s account on the 31st of last month. The amount of R4862 and again R500. for what reason? we don’t know. We sent an email the very same day to enquire about this, till today we haven’t received anything. No feedback and our money is not yet in our account.
