A ********** application submitted in my name, after a debit order from FASTA, i queried this with them and informed them that this is not me and they asked for information which i provided, they again debited my account and yet they are aware that its not me they have a business relationship with...their conduct is now ******** in my view, its absolutely disgusting that we have to suffer like this due to some greedy company that fails to implement robust process to confirm the identity of its applicants. They refuse to provide me with my personal information they have on their records and yet they act like we have a valid business relationship.
