Refunds are not an option with this company

Fasta started off well, until I paid the outstanding amount before the due date and I had a negative balance on my accounts, when the due date came they still debited and are refusing to give me a refund. It's frustrating to deal with them as the phone number doesn't work. The correspondence doesn't feel human as you're dealing with a machine via email. Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy.
