Refund please

Hi, my mother( Diana Alice Simmers) has a loan with fasta, her bank was giving problem. I made a EFT Payment via my capita account, hot a paid up letter. Then they also debited her account I've been trying to get help but they keep closing the ticket and there's no number to call.
