Refund issued. Time wasting.

Paid off my loan early. Reflected on their system as loan paid off days before debit order. Debit order still went off.

I requested a refund and they literally told me that they'll contact me and CLOSED THE TICKET

How can they follow the refund if they closed the case ??

I marked the refund as urgent because it's Christmas Time and I really need the money. That's why I used my bonus to pay off my loan. So no debt into 2025.
