QUERY RESPONSE TIME - HELP NEEDED

Issues that require assistance from support is a headache! Where is the support for customers? I can't find a contact number. Everywhere you get directed to send and email to *** which takes forever to respond - IF YOU ARE LUCKY! No online chat, no other form of contact. Please provide additional ways of being helped. I like FASTA, the process is fast normally. But if there are queries or technical issues, then you want to cry because you can wait days for any type of help or response. Can somebody please provide help?????
