PUTRID AND IRATE!

Putrid!!! im disgusted by this financial lender. i have a load with them which is fully paid and up to date. firstly they debited me early on the 23rd of December 2021 of an amount of R1016 thats for days before the initial date without my permission on the 05 January 2022 they debited my account again of an amount of R548.00 of which i have no idea for i have emailed them mulitple times and theres never a response i have been into the bank to reverse this order they saying it cannot be reversed and the debi check cannot be suspended PLEASE ASSIST!!!
