Poor / no customer service

My debit couldnt go through due to late salary payment, i made manual payment and sent POP. Account still shows arrears, whatsapp is just useless. Support on the selfservice portal never gets responds. There is no way one can contact them. My credit record is getting messed up. It says manual payments takes 72hours to reflect on thier side, its now more than 7 working days and still nothing.
