Poor communication

I app**** online for the FASTA virtual credit card. I was approved.. But upon receiving documentation I realise the product is not what I thought it was and not what I needed. I tried to phone the call Centre several times only to be told I must leave my number and a agent will get back to me. It has been 2 days I haven't recieved any feedback.
