Paid up yet still deducting monthly installment

I have settled my loan, received my settlement letter yet the monthly installment is still being deducted. I logged a dispute on the portal twice, yet no one called me back. There is no contact number you can call to and speak to someone so we waiting for someone to communicate and no one gets back to you. This is unacceptable as we have made provision to settle a loan early but no communication when you query. I want my funds reversed.
