NO RESPONSE ON EMAIL OR BY PHONE

Good day. I have previously received good service from Fasta, but want to settle my loan now and require settlement and Bank details to be emailed to me. It is very Frustrating as cannot get hold of them on the phone and their email support or website support, seems to be non existent. Please get back to me ASAP. Sonja Oosthuizen
