No response from support!!!

I have been sending emails to *** & all I get is an automated reply that they will get back to me. Made a payment a day before my payment was supposed to be made. Received an sms that they acknowledge the payment but when I log in on my profile I am in arrears! Received an sms from some attorneys that I have been handed over, in 2 days!! Sent those attorneys an email detailing that I had made a mistake with the reference & Fasta hadn't reverted back to me. If there was a choice to give them a negative 5 rating right now I would. They never respond to their support emails
