NO REFUNDS , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , **** COMPANY !!!!!

why do you allow manual payments if your still going to debit ??? ,i made a manual payment before the debit date and the debited me , i have asked for a refund no help. lack of support in all platforms ,no replies if you open a ticket on thier website it gets closed automatically. THIS IS A **** COMPANY !!!!!!!!! save your self some trouble
