No Feedback, No customer Service at all really

I used to like FASTA. I knew if i got into a jam my money would usually be in my account within an hour. These days not so much. I app**** for a loan with them and everything was approved but then they asked for a debi check mandate, which would have been no problem, but all there authorization messages came though as expired. At first I thought the fault **** with the bank, but after speaking to them, they informed me that FASTA has been made aware of the problem and how to by pass it. So I message Fasta...nothing. Messages again and again. Nothing. No customer service response. My profile isnt even sending me the debi check mandate messages anymore. Just an endless loading sign and no feedback regarding the loand which i was approved for but cant get. So maybe if you are a FNB customer, dont waste your time cause its not gonna go anywhere
