No contact details, no banking details, no communication to allow for many payment !!

I took a loan with Fasta and would like to pay it off but I can’t get hold of this company. There’s no number, no call Center agent contact details, emails aren’t being responded, portals as well, nothing. It’s like loans can’t be paid off. I want to pay off that loan and CLOSE this account. What must happen to receive assistance on banking details or link for manual payment ? It’s honestly inconveniencing on my end.
