MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER RECEIVED !!!

Been asking this company to disable my online profile or account so that it cannot be used because their security is so terrible. No one responds to queries which means they don't even care about customers, I requested this over three times and no response. A warning to prospective customers to stay far away from this company.
