Missing payment .( Apparently )

I don't even know where to begin . Let alone rate any stars. FASTA has been the worst loan company I have ever set foo4 across. I took a loan by them in June 2023. I paid them 3 days after my original payment date. Charges were added which I paid for . I have sent them pictures and multiple emails in relation to the payment that was made . No contact from them were ever made . They have now handed me over to Nimble as it has been stated that I have not cleared the loan . For months I have been getting phone calls and reminders from Nimble via Fasta asking me for payments which I have already made months ago. This has been stressing me beyond explanation. When I spoke to one of Nimbles advisors I was told that they can't do anything about . I was told to contact Fasta which I have been doing with no success . I am tired and don't know which to go with case . I have proof stating that the payment was made but still no paid up letter . I will never ever recommend this company to anyone ever . I need help to get this cleared out and move forward .
