Misleading

O had endless issues with the appalication process.. at first i was approved fir an amount less than requested, sent my payslip as requested several times, my application status never changed, contacted support several times with mo response..decided to start a new application and was declined....yo ny suorise only then i received response on my previous emails from Candice who suggested that i do the very same things i been doing and have not worked... therefore the whole process was not fast as promised, unprofessional and very inconvenient..to top it up, you simply do nit have any support readly available to assist where your system fails...i needed the funds for a family emergency this weekend and have been made to believe i would get the loan and there dis not try other alternatives as a result, i have been greatly inconvenienced...thank you for nothing and i will be sharing my experience on the relevant social and online platforms
