If u want an instant loan shop somewhere else, this company is ripping us off. Paid up their loan but was debited again, now I have been struggling to get a refund from the 20th December 2024.they are so quick to respond when you owe them but they don't want to refund people. This is the worst company I've ever seen. They don't even have a direct line
