Absolutely poor,they took out late payment charges R400 X 3 and i had the bank reverse it as it wasnt part of the loan,a debt collecto service calls me,this month in december they started debiting me from the 14th,who confirmed i get paid there,i escalted it via support,the response was unfortunately nothing they can do,they then took money out on the 22nd and now trying again for a second installment on the 27tH
