Loan app**** on the 26 but not yet paid, debt order activated, no email respond, telephone no longer in used

Poor service I app**** a loan on the 26 /04/2022 till today theloan not yet paid, we did every thing including debit orders, they also emailed the confirmation agreement, but no money in to my bank account, i called them number not in used, emailed them and they not replying, they use to offer a good service but now am scaring what if they debit the money that not paid to me, please check this loan number and advice ***, i need feedback as yesterday so that i can come with plan B. Id ***
