Inefficient service from Fasta

These guys at Fasta don't really pay attention to their app or timescales. I collected the most highest salary I ever did and I have no accounts on my credit report but they say i still owe 4 Lenders and I still owe them as well even though all my debit orders have gone out successfully and is positively reflecting as paid up. Then i get an email saying a new account has been created and i try again and guess what??? Thats for enquires done from ur dumb ass company that hits me on my credit report and shows other lenders that I still owe you when you have already taken out ur money in full. You guys need to be taken to court
