Illiterate staff of Fasta

Stupidity of Fasta staff not understanding nor fulfilling clients request. I have been emailing many requests for Illiterates of Fasta to resolve my issue but they don't care. All their job and intention is to nag customers for repayment. If an Educated person can call and resolve my issue, this account would be closed before end of February, otherwise they can F.... themselves. ***
