******* DEBIT FROM ACCOUNT!

I paid my loan in full and received a paid up letter. Yet, it states on my profile on my fasta account i am in arrears. I app**** for a loan and was declined. They also tried to debit my account today. Even though my loan is paid up in full.

I am furious!!!
