IDENTITY THEFT CLIENT

This is by far theee worst financial institution ever. I was a victim of Identity ***** in 2020 and found that I had loans and cellphone contracts with various institutions. In a matter of months I was cleared by all the companies without hassle because I co-operated and gave in all the necessary documents. This is the only institution that has failed to assist me in clearing my name even after all the phone calls and emails that I have sent. I've evn sent bank correspondence letters proving that my identity was falsely used to obtain loans and credit cards for hundreds of thousands(which are now off my name). I've had to to deal with their rude and sarcastic guy and a collections manager who never answers nor returns phone calls. Now their phones are not goin through anymore. Now I have a bad credit record because of a meesly R4000.
