Horrific Service and ************* Practices

My experience with Fasta (Pty) Ltd has been absolutely terrible. Getting a refund from them has been a nightmare. The process has been riddled with delays, broken promises, and outright lies.

They repeatedly provided false assurances, only to fail to deliver on their commitments. This lack of honesty and professionalism is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company. Trust and transparency are crucial, and Fasta (Pty) Ltd has shown none of these qualities in my experience.
