Horrible customer service.

I agree with the person who said, they are quick to give out loans but horrible on Customer Service.

I have emailed them about 5 times requesting a refund for a debit they did on my account after I had paid them up and even received a paid up letter grom them. Till to date, I have had no response to those emails and I have not had my refund. Had I been the one to miss a payment they would have been soo quick to contact me or hand me over.
