Frustrating, lack of customer service.

This is frustrating, I've sent a dozen emails to Fasts, up to today they are not even acknowledging receipt, I was debited after having settled the account via FET, the account is sitting with a minus balance, all I'm asking for is a refund of my money. The phone number provided online doesn't work.
