*****, Bad service, Horrible!

I had a loan with them. My loan was paid in full on the 13th of December. After many emails with proof and no response from them they still took a payment today the 23rd! They keep on emailing me saying somebody will get back to me in 4 business hours! Its Christmas i can't loose that kind of money!
