FASTA unfairly refering to debt collector

This Loan company is the worst and a bunch of *****s. worst customer service. A person sends an email and IF you are lucky enough to get a reply they are rude and short off and dont really respond to you enquiry. and then the worst part of it all is (even though i was behind on re-payments by like 1 month) after i did actually make payments from march 2021 to date via a automantic debit order from my bank account they refer me to Norman & Bissset debt collectors in May 2021 and Fasta even tags on a fee for refering my account to them. and then the debt collectors harras a person beyond belief and when you tell the debt collectors that you been making payment they say you must email proof of payments so then you do and thats the last you hear then u call them and all they say is that you must contact fasta yourself but whats the point as Fasta never replies. these type of loan companies claim to be helpful and good to ppl that are really strugling financially but once it comes to the repayments they are sharks and vultures and treat a person like trash.
