Fasta Robs Customers

Hello my I have paid 1000 on 22, 1000 on 23 and 1000 on 26 January 2024. Today you have debited 4298.52 instead of 1298.52, before that you attempted the same amount on 28 January and my account was on negative and the request bounced so the bank charged me 105 because I use an FNB private clients cheque account. I have been a good client to you and paid way before playdate now I have to go through this. Please be fair to me. I sent a message via support until now nothing has been said to me
