FASTA PTY LTD TROUBLE ALL THE WAY

I did apply for a fasta card instead of fasta cash out of desperation...respectfully requested that the transaction be changed accordingly..was told that my viable option was to cancel the card...i duly paid the 5% cancellation fee..now to ask Fasta card people to cancel the transaction and also to cancel the debit order seems to be the problem...because it appears they are now not willing to do the honourable thing...what should i do?? Will weigh my options accordingly...people stay away from Fasta pty ltd...Please.!!!!!!!!
