Fasta Pty (Ltd) ********** loan application

On the 18th of February 2022 I received an email from Transunion credit bureau informing me that a personal loan application had been made on my profile through a Company called Fasta cash loans!I immediately called Transunion because I had not app**** for any loan whatsoever!They advised me to send them a sworn affidavit to this effect which I immediately did!I asked them if the loan application had been successful but they were unable to tell me!I asked for Fasta's contact details and they gave me a number and directed me to their website!After trying the number numerous times with it always just ringing a few times and cutting off,I went to their website!There is no contact number on the website;the only way to contact them is through their helpdesk by leaving your contact details and a message which I did asking them to contact me urgently because a ********** loan application had been made on their platform using my name!1 month later I have heard nothing at all from them!Judging by other reviews I have read of this company,this is a common occurrence!The Financial Services board should investigate this company without delay!
