FASTA LOANS USELESS

I have a Fasta loan account which i am trying to settle. I have been trying to contact Fasta for the last 2 days to no avail. i have submitted tickets on their website and sent emails and had no joy with these people. This has been a nightmare to sort out and has affected my credit. I NEED TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!
