FASTA LOANS IS *******

I have taken out a loan with this company in December and paid back in full over two weeks ago. They still went on to debit my account even though I had paid the account in full. I have spent the last two weeks trying to make contact with the company to arrange for a refund. They requested a proof of payment and now when I follow up they just do not respond to my e-mail. When I call the number it just says I must leave my number they will call back.

I am really frustrated and weighing my options to escalate this matter to NCR. It is just not acceptable that NCR gives rights to these companies that can barely service customers.
