FASTA IS *****ING MY MONEY AFTER LOAN SETTLE BY FNB CONSOLIDATION LOAN, WILL NOT HELP AT ALL!!!

Wow, complete and utter theft, I took out a consolidation loan with FNB who paid FASTA LOANS on my behalf, 5 days later the debit order goes off for a settled loan.

When you contact support, all you get is a generic copy paste response and the ticket automatically closes, no ability to have a conversation and absolutely no help at all. For insight into how pathetically frustrating they are, see all my tickets below.

Sending this through to MyBoradBand and contacting the FSCA to report this completely ********** behaviour, they will be so helpful when its in their benefit but settling loans and paying back money that is not theirs is definitely not a worry for them.

Ticket #1 22 July 13:26

ME: To whom this may concern,

I took out a consolidation loan with FNB and they settled this loan on my behalf, when can I expect the portal reflecting that my loan is fully paid?

RESPONSE: Hi FirstName LastName, Thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly provide us with the following information to enable us to assist you: Your ID Number. Proof of payment. Ticket #2 22 July 14:15

ME: Hi, I need to make a new ticket because you cant respond on a ticket after its made and immediately closed by the support agent. I took out a consolidation loan with FNB, they paid off my fasta loan as part of the loan agreement but Fasta still shows an open loan, as per the support agents request, my ID Number is REDACTED. I cant provide POP because I did not pay you, FNB did it for me and would have the POP. When will the site show that my loan is paid off?

RESPONSE: Hi, Thank you for contacting us. Please be advise that once FNB makes the payment on your FASTA Account it can take up to 24 hours to update on the system. Kindly note that there is still an active balance on the account. Please log into your “My Profile” on our website. There you will be able to view the balance as well as make instant EFT payments on the account. Once payment has been made, you will also be able to access a Certificate of Balance, reflecting that you have settled your loan in full. Please use our Customer Support Portal by visiting www.fasta.co.za and clicking on ‘Contact Support’ to submit any further queries.

FNB setlled my loan because of a consolidation loan, it has still reflected and has Fasta was paid by FNB on my behalf. This was over 2 days ago and should now have reflected in the system (support says it can take 48 hours but its now over 48 hours ago that fasta was paid, I do not want a debit order going through on Monday, my loan is settled, thank you

ME: Hi, I have sent 3 tickets on Friday which keep getting closed before I can respond, last week on the 20th July, I took out a consolidation loan with FNB, who paid off my fasta loan on my behalf. This did not reflect and I was debited this morning and you now have my setllement for the loan plus Rpaymentammount, you should not have taken. Can I please get a refund and my loan paid off. I do not have the POP and FNB personal loans paid it on my behalf. my ID number is REDACTED. Im very close to a angry post on hello peter and sending a message to the FSB. The interest accrued since last week when the loan was paid is unfair and I want my full payment of Rpaymentammount back and the loan reflecting as closed! Thank you for your assistance
