Fasta is playing hide and seek games

I made an EFT payment to my existing loan as a final payment but instead its only reflecting on my old paid up loan on my Fast a Account, after countless calls and E-mail the only response I've gotten was that their technician will resolve the matter. It's been over 10 days now yet the funds have not been transferred to the correct loan. I am very disappointed in your service and lack of communication
