Fasta is full of *******ion

I opened a loan with them in October they deducted from November and in December they deducted earlier and deducted again *******ly on the 5th of Janaury 2022... I then went to the bank and asked that they reverse the transaction and also suspend the Debi check which the bank did... After sending several emails to them they never responded but after suspending the debit check they sent an email that they are opening a ***** case under my account... I will pay them manually on the 27th of January 2022 my last installment. They are *********, they can't reply to emails but once reverse money they quick to send ***** investigation messages
