Fasta is a ****!!!

Hi have done many online applications and got approved... But this 1 is by for the worse!!! I havent received the money that i was supposedly approved for but i have a debicheck on my account when i havent even received the funds, i have emailed and there has been no response as well as no contact number! I would like a contact number and one of tye advisors to say when ill be getting the money i have been approved for or to have the debicheck removed ASAP!!!
