FASTA - HORRIFIC SERVICE

Absolutely shocking service. I had ***** on my bank account, seems a bank staff member used my info to open a loan at Fasta. It is obvious that the cell number on my bank account was changed to "authorise" the loan, then changed back to my number. No authorisation received on my own phone number. Fasta refused to provide me with a screen shot so I can hand to the bank so they can do their internal investigation> HOWEVER EVEN MORE SERIOUS with all this fasta refused to pay my money back> No answer on multiple emails and calls.
