Fasta double debited me
I have been double debited by fasta loans,I paid off the loan i had on the 28th of January 2025 they sent me a massage to confirm that my loan is paid up,I took a loan on the 29th and the funds were loaded into my account and they immidiately debited the amount i paid off my previous paid off loan.They dont have a direct contact help line.I am disappointed and frustrated

30 Jan 2025, 08:51I am disappointed in fasta loans they still have not responded to my emails and its not easy to get to them as there is no direct line to contact them,My debit orders arw bouncing because of their double debiting
