FASTA Disappointment

A few months ago I took out a loan with FASTA, and repaid it in full. That was a great experience.

However, have tried twice since then to take out another loan with them, without success, their "Counter Offer" system is stuck in a loop, and does not proceed. Then, and now recently, I contacted their support, but it is the same excuse. Something about there being a problem with it, and they have referred it to their developers. Well, their developers must be working quite slowly, as the issue hasn't been resolved for over 2 months now.

Twice now, FASTA have let me down.
