FASTA CARD- worst service ever

I've app**** and have a credit facility I cannot use at all! My supplier says they are blocking my secure code and there are NO CONTACT NUMBERS for these people.

I have emailed all day with no response either.

How on earth do you offer facilities and then block your customers from using it!
