Took out loan, couldn't withdraw it or even use it on their suggested places and now they keep saying that I have to pay, I honestly don't understand why they keep messaging me with regards to the funds that I never actually touched or used. But I have told them then I lost my job I can't pay it as well as I can't even use the funds. I emailed them about it several times, and even spoke to them explaining what happened, my husband and I have no money to pay. I go on my profile it shows that I have not taken anything out with them but they are still messaging me about payment and saying that my account has been handed to the SSDA.
