I took a loan at FASTA and I paid them back their money in one month as per our agreement, then FASTA debited my account twice, the money that I was owing them and debited R400 after 10 minutes same day, I asked my bank to reverse the money, FASTA loans Called me after a day they have debited my account and told me their system had a problem they saw that they debited my account twice, I told the guy who called me that I have asked my bank to reverse the R400 because I did not borrow R400 from them, I paid the one I know, I told the guy not to send me anything back on my account because I have already disputed the R400 with my bank, FASTA sent me the R400 and they want me to pay it with interest, I have been querying this for 2 months now, I have been asking them to call me but still no help, they are just busy adding interest.
