Double deductions poor collection systems

It's the second time I have been double deducted by Fasta. I am very disappointed in their service thus far. I had made an attempt to get my refund on Wednesday and was told it would reflect on 48hrs of accepting their terms. It's Friday now and no refund. I asked them again this morning to refund to an alternative bank account without any response. It's tough times and I really need that cash.
